I'm an independent, freelance designer that produces beautiful and effective social media and printable materials for small and midsize companies and franchises alike.  My rates are as follows:

Hourly Rate                  $150 per hour (for single use licenses)

Franchise Rate*           $350 per hour (includes the rights to my images, excluding franchise licenses to third party components)
